WINDOWS 2K. VIDEO FACTORY 2C.

First I want to say that this forum is a nice and friendly forum, thanks. I am on a lot of digital audio forums and the flameing that goes on, is unbelievable.
OK, now I need your advice. I have a 1hr and 25 minute rendered video (PAL DV AVI) I would like to be able to burn it to a 4.7gig DVD disk, what good encoders would you sugest, I would like to produce the best quality avalable? Hopefully it will not be to expensive. Is Main consept mpeg o/k? Would appreciate any advice,
