Don't be too hard on a given vendor if they screw up -- unless of course they refuse to help you through whatever hardship you've gone through. I've had lots of mail order problems in the past year, yet all but a few are resolved pretty quickly and I reserve my anger for the turkeys that really deserve it.

However, if you want another vendor, I've ordered from Meritline for several years, and had excellent service, and the products are what they are advertised to be (i.e., no substitute media).
