Is there a command that will allow you to select a timecode and place the cursor there? In other words, if I want to go to 0:22:22:22 is there a quick way to get there? I have searched the Vegas manual (and thought that I also checked the online help) but can't find this particular function.

You don't need a script for this. Just type <ctrl>-g or double-click the cursor position display in the lower right of the timeline and enter the timecode you want.

You do not need to bother with the punctuation and leading zeros in the timecode that you type... for example, if you enter "2000" it will be interpreted as 00:00:20:00.

You can also move the cursor relative to its current position by typing a '+' or '-' and the distance you want it to move. For example, "+1000" moves you ahead 10 seconds.

Thanks! You know, I just went back to the manual and it is there, well hidden and not very clear! The keyboard shortcut is there, but I saw no mention of the lower right timecode entry capability.
