The Video Preview in V11 shows vertical noise with the "GPU acceleration of video processing" set to "Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (Cayman)". We use the 2GB Radeon HD6950, on a Gigabyte 880GA-UD3H with the on-board Graphics disabled and the 64-bit W7 OS. The Vertical noise disappears with the GPU acceleration in the OFF setting.
