GPU Message, Uninstallion, Deactivation and Frustration

I purchased Vegas in 2022, and it worked fine after several months. But then I began getting that message of "Titler doesn't work," or something about the GPU, so I looked up information about that, and some videos showed that I had to change my computer's setting, like to Intel, from whatever it was before. It would finally open up again until, after some time, it wouldn't open and go back to the "GPU" message.

After ignoring this issue for many months, and using other programs, less like Vegas, I decided to uninstall to reinstall it. Did that. I am having trouble with the registration part, which clearly shows it is programmed with the serial number and my email address. I click "activate," and it says:

Every time I reset the internet settings and restart the computer, it doesn't change anything. So I figured, how about I add the product information again if I deactivate it from the "device" info? I'm unable to have Magix/Vegas recognize that the program has been re-installed on my computer again. This is a really frustrating process. Does anyone know what's up with this? If not, can anyone tell me if a refund is possible after several months? (this was registered in August 2022)

As far as your connectivity issue, wait until tomorrow and see if that changes. The overseas servers sometimes play dead.

Also, don't connect to a proxy server; you probably won't be recognized.

Other than that, your fellow users here have limited abilities to assist you. The official Support link is at the top of the forum page.
