FreeRAMXP PRO is changing my life. Granted, it is probably a problem with my system but I had pretty much gotten used to having to reboot my computer about every 3 hours when it would hang due to some type of memory issue. Usually it would hang when I would be working fast and furious between two or three instances of Vegas 8c.
Then I decided to Google "freeware memory management" and found this little jewel. My up time so far is 25 hours and 25 minutes without a crash!! This software has many configuration options and I have it set to free up RAM whenever it may drop below 512mb. It seems to be just what the doc ordered for me.
I know that someone will probably tell me why this is a bad idea or how I shouldn't have to do this but I'm going to keep playing with this baby because I've been dealing with this problem for about a year and a half and I can now see real results with this freeware!!
