Green Screen Efect

I am useing Movie Studio 8.0 and I would like to make the Background color of one of my vidio clip witch is Green to be Transparant.

So you will be able to see through it to the background video.

Can you tplease tell me step by step how to do this?? what to click and what to do first thanks.
