Grindhouse Advanced Effects?

Hi!

So, I'm using Movie Studio 16 Platinum.

I know there's a "Film Effects" preset to kind of give my project a Grindhouse feel, but I was wondering if there were some more tricks to it? I'd love to add some burn marks here and there. And is there a "film look" that can be applied too, or a number of presets other people use to make it look like film?

Have you tried keyframing various settings of the Film Effects and Threshhold effects?

Hm....not sure I know how to do that or how it would look. Just testing it, it looks like it would highly oversaturate it, which isn't what I'm looking for.

Not sure if I'm making any sense, but I want it to look like the movie Grindhouse, by Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino
