One hour is 13 GBytes. Your tape is 23 minutes longer than an hour, so when you capture it, you will need more than 13 GBytes. If you do the math (which jetdv did for you), that extra twenty-three minutes results in an extra 5 Gbytes, resulting in a file that will be about 18 GBytes.
