Half of my clip missing ?

Hello, I'm having a problem with some clips. When I import them, I don't get the whole clip; half of it is missing, even if I drag the track.

I tried importing the clip into another editing program, and the clip displays completely there. When I open it with Windows Media Player, it's the same; it's fully displayed. But when I import it into Vegas Pro, half of it is missing.

Does anyone have any ideas?

File format: MP4 59.84 frames 1280x720.
Vegas Pro 23.

You've got an FX on the track what is that doing?

You've got Pan/Crop adjusted on the event?

Set the Preview to 100%.

Check, reset or turn off these things & then see if it still doesn't show correctly.
