Is ALMOST there....

The June release of handbrake cannot read Cineform files, but the current "Nightly builds" (betas) do.

I tried it out, and it does read cineform 10 bit YUV files rendered from Vegas. Encoding seems slower than Magic YUV, but YMMV.
