Hard Drive Cluster size?

Does anyone know what the ideal hard drive cluster size is using NTFS? There are many options. Does Vegas prefer one particular size?

I've always figured that since multimedia files are so huge and depend so much on performance, that cluster size should be larger (64K) so the r/w heads don't have to skip around so much finding the various pieces of the file.
