Hard to understand Magix thinking.

Some time ago I signed up for a year's subscription to VEGAS Pro Suite. I must say that I was disappointed with some of the performance of some of the new developments. In particular the new Magic Mask, in my opinion it was released when it was not really usable. At the time I felt that the hype in Magix advertising was at best misleading and must have led to many people feeling a little cheated. I already owned Vegas 19 along with Vegas Effects and it was serving me reasonably well. But I was intrigued by some of the new features that Magix were advertising in Vegas 21, version 1, so I signed up for a year's subscription. I decided that when it ran out, I would not renew it as the new features (apart from Vegas Mocha) were not very useful. Now I see that Vegas has put out update 3 and, if the advertising is to be believed the Magic Mask is now fully functional. Yesterday I downloaded the trial version to see if it was worth subscribing for another year, but of course I was greeted with "Your trial period has expired". I won't be subscribing again without checking to see if the features actually work. Shame really, I have been with Vegas since before VP16.

@Cmin7669 Hi, no Smart Mask 2.0 isn't fully up n running, after it's done it's analysing & creating masks (which takes a while) there's no bezier masks created so there's no option for adjustment, & render times are long for my PC so how it goes for lesser machines I'd dread to think. Maybe the next update will improve that, & yes advertising this as a working feature is verging on gaining under false pretence.
