Has anybody used VideoCharge?

Sounds pretty interesting for working with mulitple wrappers/codecs, etc of video and sound.

Just curious if anybody out there is using it and if it is worth the 40 bucks.

Sounds interesting buy I'm not seeing much that it can do that Vegas cannot do. Still it's only $40.
