Haupaugge HD PVR

I've finally given up on Intensity Pro because I can't even get Vegas 8.c to read the uncompressed files, which it did in 8.a and 8.b. I'm considering buying the HD PVR (link below). Will I be able to import the H.264 files created into Vegas? Thanks.

it says it does ACVHD (or whatever that's called) & vegas is setup to edit those.

if you have something that can record in HDV that would edit faster.

But if I were you, I'd just use vegas a or b & not buy new hardware.
