Have CDA/Sound Forge 5.0-works!

I purchased CDA/Sound forge 4.0XP and a microboards burner package some time ago and recently decided to upgrade my system and software. I Purchased Vegas 2.0 and Sound Forge 5.0 and loaded the programs to my new drive. I reinstalled CD Architect and have used it to access/burn CD's of previous projects from my old drive. I have "mastered" Vegas projects by "saving as" 5.0 Sound Forge/.wav and have had no problems burning CD's. I Go to CD architect, go to "add from audio pool" and select my mixed selections from Sound Forge 5.0. It works.

Am I missing something or haven't I seen an abundance of dialog that CDA doesn't work with SF 5.0 ???

This subject has been beaten to death for some months here. If your drive works without problems after the upgrades you are among the lucky. Your description of CDA working "with" SF 5.0 is a bit of a misnomer. CDA may perhaps run concurrently with 5.0 but it is not connected with, nor is it available as a tool within 5.0 in any way.

Vegas 3 has CDA capabilities integrated into the program and thus will resolve many users' problems. If you just bought version 2 you should see if they might upgrade you to 3 for free or cheap. Many companies will do this.
