Nope....I use the Maxtor and Western Digital 300 gigs in the ADS cases.

The earlier (pre 2004, I think) version of the Pyro boxes won't support >127GB drives. Check their web site for more information.

You may find there's actually an upside to using larger drives, they're faster. If all is equal when the head moves from one cylinder to the next it traverses a larger amount of data. So on a larger drive using the same technology on the one woth the larger capacity the heads have to move less, hence overall the drive is faster in use.
At the same time if the extra capacity was achieved by adding more platters then it'll run a bit warmer as they'll be more air friction.
