ok, well this ones strange... usually if i see no wave forms in my audio, i jsut normalise and there they are...
this time though using V8 and V9, my audio peaks dont exist.. then when i normalise its so blown out, its jsut distorted up to 51+ db...
I go to the media folder and delete the SFKs' to see if a rebuild will fix the prob, and nothing.. the same issue remains...
I open that clip in question as one large chunk and let vegas create one big SFK this time, again nothing... the wave vanishes halfway through the clip (randomly) then comes back...
open the clip in media player and it plays fine, audio and all is all in tact...
any ideas?? I cant do much with this edit if its not letting me see and hear my audio which i KNOW is there
