I have HD Sony HDR-HC1 camcorder. I try to transfer my video which I recorded in HDV format to my computer through IEEE port, but the computer did not recognize my camera. When I set up for DV transfer, the computer recognizes my camcorder OK. I have win XP, and I use MOVIE STUDIO 6 PLATINUM EDITION. I call for SONY tech support help, but nobody can help. Any idea can help me resolve this issue would be a big help. Thank you
