I add blur and pixelation to background. The Video Preview window looks like I want it to. Now to take it to HDV tape.
After rendering the 22 second clip for 40 minutes, Vegas lays it back to HDV tape.
The scene comes out as sharp as the original. None of the effects I saw in the preview window made it to tape.
Why did Vegas not render out the effects? It did successfully do the chroma key, just not the effects.
