I would like to make ONE color Transparent. Like if I film something on a whit wall i would like to make the white wall transparent so it looks like the thing is flying. I know how to do that in Adobe Premiere but i can't findout how to do it in Vegas video.

Anybody know?

You could do a search here and elsewhere. There's bound to be a tutorial.

The other thing is that if the "item" being filmed is static - say a statue - you could export the "still" picture to a graphics package; remove "by colour" that which you don't want, here it is the white wall; I save as a PNG file and make sure that the transparency quality are selected within the options in your graphics package; import the PNG onto track1; place video on track2 - that's about that really.

You could do worse than down loading the V4 FREE manual off the SoFo site - full of ways to do things.
