help!!

how come the quick time player is so bad? it sucks. I play a movie online website, and only half is shown and one the bottom half of screen it is not clear. My media player doesnt work any more since the update? Same with real player, half movie is shown which is not clear and half with lines????????????

My guess you need some updates to the players. CODECS sometimes need to be updated.
