I'm using dvd architect 2. Can I make it so that if I go into scene selection menu and select a scene , after the scene plays it goes back to the scene selection menu?

No. That's not what scene selection was designed for. You can bring the movie into DVDA multiple times and set different in/out points for each instance of the movie and then create a selection menu that will do this.
