I just downloaded and installed Pro 9.0d and I find that when I go to capture video there is no button in the bottom tray to mute my speaker output. How can this be? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Again, no button to turn my speakers off (I'm getting feedback, of course)
THanks
I am capturing through the firewire port as I have been for two years on this computer. I used to mute the speakers because I got a feedback echo. I installed 90.d today (finally) and my whole bottom bar changed. Now there is no speaker mute/unmute icon and the feedback is horrible. I wonder where the icon went or how I can find it again and put it in the tray.
In the meantime I did my 30-min show on tape and then brought it into the system with windows moviemaker. i then burned a DVD and will bring that into 9.0d. Workaround I would rather not do every time!
Many thanks for any help
Don't know what OS you're using but this happenes to me every once in a while on XP. I can cure two ways, reboot, OR, go to START, ALL PROGRAMS, and open the sound card control panel from this position. Then when you minimize it, it shows up in the System Tray,
