Help config VV veg file

As I have reported earlier in this thread http://mediasoftware.sonypictures.com/forums/ShowMessage.asp?MessageID=238339&Replies=5&Page=3
I have taken and filtered and color corrected an angle of my concert footage and now wish to import it into my original marked veg file. When I add the video track the markers are not on the new roll.I would like to synch the edited footage where the unfixed was previously marked.
I had marked about 100 cuts to synch with the alternitave footage that made a good two cam mix of the entire event. How can I ask VV to import the new filtered footage and keep the same time cuts?
manny thanks!

Just load the newley rendered AVI file into the original VEG (in a track above the existing one). Then you will have all the markers in this file. If required, delete all the old tracks and then save THIS veg with a new file name.

The other option was that when you rendered that new VEG you could have selected the option to "Save project markers in media file" and that would have saved your markers into the actual AVI file,

Well after I snap the new roll into the clip and synch it all up again the markers still wont "stick" to the new Roll. What is the command to do this?
Thank you Much!

Not sure I get what you are seeing?

Make sure you have <ripple edit> turned off... and just bring the new AVI into the timeline directly above the existing clips. It should then be in exactly the same horizontal position as the existing video and the markers should just be where you need them.
