Running Vegas 4. Need to force resampling - had used that feature many times in VV3x, but could find the switch in 4.0, as this is my first need for that feature since upgrading.
No prob, says I. I'll just click on help and look it up.
No go. Help will not initialize. I've checked my SF directory - the help files seem to be there.
What would cause this, and is there anything short of a reinstall that will fix it.
