Track Motion.

I tried with the first part, but the text moves quite "stiff"!

The link to your project dead-ends, but the link to the original video worked. IMO, the zooming of the titles was not intrinsically linked to the video such as in "tracking" (not to be confused with track motion); rather, the start and end points of the zoom - set by the pan/crop keyframing points - was set to make it "appear" that the titles were zooming in sync with the action within the video, ensuring that the in/out positions of the titles matched the perspective of the video.

The link is fixed, could you show me how to do it with the first part of the project?

Use Track Motion 3D Source Alpha.

Here's a starter project. Play with the angles. It looks like this:

This is the result of yesterday, I used "Track Motion 3D Source Alpha":

Is it possible to set a straight trajectory for text movement, for example, straight line from point A to point B?

Yes, in Track motion you should be able to go in any direction you want. If you are looking to go straight across in a line, on the menu on top, you can click on the box that says "Prevent Movement (Y), and that should allow you to go straight across. Also, in Track Motion, if you pay attention to the position numbers on the left side, if you want to go in a line, then simply type the same number in for the beginning and ending positions. For instance, if you want to stay in a straight line up and down, make sure X stays at the same values; if you want to stay straight going sideways, then make sure Y stays at the same value.
