HELP!! HELP!! Please HELP!! My Vegas Crashes Randomly for no reason.

I sent u this screenshot of my problem. Please give me any solution if u have or give me advice for change of my system or software. In any cost please solve my problem.

  • i have subscribed vegas pro 365 running vegas 17 build 387 (latest version)
  • i have also vegas pro 15 build 416 (permanent purchased version)
  • i don't use any external plugins
  • i have | Intel i5 7th Gen. 3.60GHz | Corsair RAM 16 GB | 4 GB Radeon RX 560 GPU | 250 GB SSD | ASUS H270 PrimePRO Motherboard

please help me. i am frustrated now. i am planning to cancel my contract due to this problem which is wasting my time so much.

Read the "information required to help you" FAQ and post what it says to post here. Then tell us when Vegas crashes, describe the exact process happening when it crashes. While editing? While opening?

I have several versions of Vegas installed on several computers, and just yesterday, on one computer, it kept crashing when I hit "Render As." It generated crash reports, which I sent in. Interestingly, it was crashing in both V15 and V17, so I figured it must be something amiss in my system. I ended up doing a complete reinstall of Windows, and the problem resolved. I was getting some kind of unmanaged exception error related to the kernel. To be fair, I had a ton of applications on that computer and I'm not surprised something happened that Vegas didn't like. But yes, it can be very frustrating to have a continual crash in the middle of a project.
