Help Needed - Importing a Vegas Region List (,txt) file from DVDA into Vegas

A while back I created a DVDA project with an English language subtitle stream. The subtitles were created directly in DVDA. Now, several months later, I need to get the subtitles into the Vegas Veg file so that I can create a VCD with the subtitles (slightly edited) permanently burned in. In DVDA I have exported the subtitle stream as a "Sony Vegas Region List .txt" file. Can anyone tell me how I can import this into Vegas so that I don't have to re-type all the subtitles.

Many thanks

1. Save as a Vegas Text File from DVDA. (export)
2. Open this file in Notepad.
3. CTRL+A, then CTRL+C to copy All
4. Open Edit Details, choose Show Regions
5. Right click first field and CTRL+V for Paste.
Your regions will now be indicated on the timeline, but they are only named markers for the regions. You'll still have to create new titles, because these are markers, not command markers.
There might be another way, but I've not figured it out. Never needed to do this since we only do DVDs, not VCDs.
HTH a little bit.
