HELP PLEASE!

I just spent about 6 hours working on a video. Have about
11 minutes in the project, mostly video files with
accompanying music and a few still frames and a very small
amount of text. I have saved after every addition. Went
back to the beginning to preview it, and noticed that the
first audio file wasn't showing up. Hit stop and an error
message popped up "Error - Unable to determine cause of
error" . Video Factory closed the project. Now, every
time I try to open the project, it gets to about 38% open
and then the same error message comes up. what is going
on? I can NOT lose this info! All the project is still
there, but it wont open it. I need it for tomorrow.....
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Santiara,

I realize it's past tomorrow, but just in case... You need
to restore your backup file. Here's how:

1. Open Windows Explorer.
2. Navigate to the directory you saved your project in.
3. Find a file named "XXXX.vf.bak", where "XXXX" is the
name of your project.
4. Rename the file "XXXX.vf" to get rid of the "bak"
extension.
5. Open this file. It's the last save you made before the
file was corrupted.

That should do it. Sorry I didn't see this post earlier.

Best wishes,
Nick LaMartina
