Seriously I think I have tried every render option possible and I've check the web and forums for answers and I am still no closer to getting my video down to a reasonable size. And to make matters worse I need to figure it in about 14 hours for work. It's to be sent on a CD with alot of other stuff to get government funding in Australia for a local festival that promotes environmental sustainability for the city council.
I've been given Video Factory 1 and have got an unrendered file from a dv camera the goes for about 15mins and is 2.5GB in size. I have edited it to about 5mins and only ever been able to render it about 250MB in size.
Now what I need is to be able to render it in a format that will work on most computers (windows 98 or higher). It needs to be no more than 20-40MB and about 320x240 in PAL DV or NSTC DV.
If anyone can tell me in there experience what is the best template and which options to select step-by-step that meet the above criteria (or close enough) I will be eternally grateful.
