HELP PLEASSSE!

Everytime I open "DVD Ach 2" I am forced to register the product. As I had to work on a project over several days I was forced to register many times - verry frustrating but had to keep going to finish the project.

And here is the ISSUE. I now receive a message that my 30 days is used up and I am now shut out of the registering process and now means I CANNOT EVEN USE THE PRODUCT I HAVE PAID FOR!

My operating system is windows XP and as I am in Australia my DVD Arch is the PAL version, and is an upgrade version from DVD Arch 1.

I am desperate for any help. Thanks.

Call Customer Service. They can help with this problem.

Service Pack 2?

There was a problem registering earlier releases of DVDA2 on machines with XP Service Pack 2 (DVDA2 came out before SP2 did). If this is applicable to you, you can either download the most current update of Vegas 5 (which was supposed to fix this problem) or try the instructions in this thread.
