Can anyone help me with this issue. I have been swamped at school the past couple months and am finally getting around to doing my first project in V5. All of the audio I imported is extremely loud. I am using all the same equipment as I have the past few years with V3 and V4. The only thing different is V5. In every other program I play audio the audio is at a normal expected level, but Vegas is playing it back so loud I have to turn my speakers down to almost nothing for it to be normal. What could be the source of this error?

Periodically I have checked in to this forum and I thought I saw someone mention this problem in the past few weeks (thus I posted here instead of the audio forum). My search for any posts on this subject has come up dry.
