Hey Guys -

I'm about to tackle my first mini-documentary, and I would like to know the proper project properties. Here are the parameters and the media I will be working with

new DV - shot in true widescreen mode
old vhs that has been converted to .avi
lots of still photographs

the initial presentation of this film will be shown via laptop and a projector.

If anyone could tell me what my initial project properties should be, it would be much appreciated. I'm fairly new to all this, and don't know if it should be set to widescreen, or normal 4:3 and then letterboxed later, etc - and how the the stills will stretch in the widescreen format, etc..
