HELP! Register MP3 for Vegas V5.0d

Hi,

A search did not help me...as I bring in a mp3 file, Vegas V5.0d aborts with an error about not a supported format, but there is no registration button or process..

I was on Vegas V4, then moved to vegas v5.0, then had to reinstall windows because of a bad virus, re-installed V5.0 with my registartion keys, then upgraded it to V5.0d, and now I'm soo stuck. How else can I input my mp3 keys?

Load a WAV file (or other audio file you can open) onto the timeline, then render as MP3. This will bring up the dialog box offering to let you register the MP3 plugin.
