This DVD Architect is not execution with Windows XP SP2.

If you want formal support, then click on the support link at the top of the page and use one of the formal support mechanisms outlined.

You didn't mention when this was happening. Is it happening when you burn a project or when you try to prepare a project?

If it happens when you try to burn, then there are lots of known issues with DVDA not being able to work correctly with various DVD burners, and the best solution is to get something like CopyToDVD or Nero to do the burning.

There is a major bug with DVDA 2b build 130 where some projects cause DVDA to crash or hang.

Typical error messages are

This has been acknowledged by Sony and I've been told to wait for an update.

Fairly peed off to still have (21 Novv 2004 first reported) a useless expensive piece of software.
