Help! Unwanted Reverb!

Hope someone can help - I've got a project due.

I now have reverb on all of my Vegas projects, old and new!

I was playing around with Windows recording controls today. Made some changes, didn't note the pre-existing settings.

I was playing with Reverb today in a project, but removed it. There is no reverb showing on any of the tracks.

CD's play fine without the echo.

Everything's got an echo on it - Vegas projects, CD audio playback, web audio streams . . .

Really need to figure this one out!

Check your audio card either in the task bar or from Control Pannel. Lots of newer cards have a switch that adds reverb, etc..

I'm using onboard sound. Looked at the mb paramaters. I don't see anywhere where reverb could have been selected.

Could this be a latency issue?

Solved the problem - using System Restore. Rolled back to a known working configuration.

Not sure what caused the problem. Happy now . . .
