HELP! Vegas Crashing

I just installed a new processor on my PC and now Vegas is locking up when I try to render. I upgraded from an Athlon XP1500 to a XP2100. Any ideas?

You might recheck those folders: Temporary files, prerender files, recordings, capture...

Display hardware accelleration...

DMA?
