Help with add track markers to a large .wav file

Hello,

I have a DJ mix that was made in Ableton. I used CD architect to add track markers and burn the mix to disk. When importing the CD in to Itunes there is a click at the beginning of each track. I'm sure this is caused by the track marker not being set to a zero crossing point. Is there an easy way to fix this? Redoing to mix is not really an option at this point. I was hoping that there is an easy way to get around this. Any help or suggestions would be awesome.

Listen to the CD - is there a click there? I doubt it, as Markers and Indexes in CD are added to the CD subcode, not the audio.
I think the clicks are added when chopping up for iWhatever. To avoid that you may care to just cut the original file in some suitable Audio Editor e.g. SoundForge or your originating application, saving separate "tracks" as WAV, and being sure there is a small silence at beginning and end of each, with no glitches, then convert each of those "tracks" to MP3.

You could put little fades out/in on the audio at each track marker ...
