Help with editing

Well, I'm kinda new to sony vegas and editing all together, and no I'm not here to ask for something like "How do i import media", my problem is that I do use slow motion quite a bit and I'm doing progressive slow motions or whatever you want to call them, the way I've been doing that is cutting clip to a lot of smaller ones and slowing them down every next one more than previous one, I'm also fading it out on slow motion so every one of those small clips has a lower opacity than previous one. So finally my question, is there a way to do a progressive slow motion where I can also fade out clip, because that would be a BIG time saver.

Specs (rly bad tbh, but hey it does the job):

Windows 7 (64-bit) - can also dual boot to Windows 10 (32-bit)

Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5500 (2.8 GHz)

RAM: only 2GB :(

ATI Radeon HD 3400 Series (not sure tbh because i had driver problems, sometimes it was 3400 sometimes 3450)

500GB HDD

Sony Vegas Pro 13

One possible is to place each of your events on a different video track and then Use "Insert / Video Envelopes / Track composite level. -- You can keyframe the composite level to do the fade along with your velocity ramp ..

There might be other ways depending on how long and how precise the opacity reduction has to be in sync with the velocity effect.

Ok sorry but I did not put that question right, lets put it like this: "How can i do progressive slow motion without making those small clips (something that works kinda like fade, it keeps getting darker, but instead of darker i want slower)", and thanks for teaching me about composite level, that will be pretty useful.

Velocity Envelope allows you to adjust the rate of change of the motion per unit time.
