Hello!

I'm doing some editing of some animation I exported out of a separate program. Only problem is when I export the finished and rendered video on Movie studio platinum 13, the final video looks laggy, like the previous frames are made visible all of a sudden. Like this (Look at the mouth):

(this one on the bottom is the version not exported out of movie studio)

I'm rather new to the program so I don't know how to fix it, any help would be appreciated!
