Help with green screen and chroma key

Hello friends,

I had trouble with the chroma key and green screen. When I add the chroma key, I pick the dropper, i choose the color on the screen and nothing happen. Maybe there is something more do to but I don't know what.

Do you have fx bypassed in the preview window?

Check to make sure that you don't have the 'Split Screen View' icon above the preview screen set to bypass all FX in full screen.
