Chris, since you can upload the images, why not put them both in full rez so that it can be played with?

Here they are in full resolution. They're not the exact same frame, but this should still work.

"Can someone give me some direction on what the easiest way to match the colors from the image linked below?"

OK - I guess you are using Excalibur's Multicam function to allow you to "compare"? Well I do this in a similar way - using comparison - but I use the Copy/Paste function that is on the Toolbar of the Preview Window. Can you see it? Ok ..

Event 1 - This is what you want the Colour Correction to be like

Event 2 - This is the Event you wish to change.

1/- Move Cursor on Event 1 till you find the "look" you want

2/- Click the "Copy Snapshot to Clipboard" Icon, on the Preview Window Toolbar

3/- Move Cursor to Event 2

4/- Drag/Select Colour Corrector to Event 2

5/- Activate Split Screen Icon on Preview Toolbar

6/- Select Clipboard - make sure you have the Right or Left Half OR All and "Paint" and area - selected.

You should now have a still version of Event 1 "Wanted look" to compare against Event 2 "Not-wanted look". As you scroll over Event 2 notice how it looks. I use Loop editing and move the CC functions to have a rolling view of the piece. Loop editing makes fior a more fluid way to resolve CC adjustments. I use it for a lot of intuitive adjustments.

Hope this helps!

. .and the other bit I failed to mention is that having your Scopes on view, you can also "peg" your adjustments to that which you are actually observing within the scopes - yeah? This is really superb and a more "controlled" way of comparing. I don't use Excalibur Multicam for this work.
