I am trying to put a png image onto a vidio simular to what Gary done on a celphone

You'll need to explain more. What did Gary do? Can you show that? What is your source material - the animated object? It's way too vague at the moment to know what you are trying to do.

It looks like there is not enough tracking data provided by your source, it's almost a flat plane. Vegas Pro's tracking needs a structured surface (at least much more "points" in it).

Thanks for your replys am I doing this right by tracing the charectors head in the vidio, how would I put more points in there . sorry Gary put a vidio on to a celphone in another vidio

You would need to add some structure into the face in the animation software you used to create the animation.

If you have the $$$$$ Boris tools will easily track that character. Probably not worth it for this one project though.
