After updating to build 270 I have found this issue with a HEVC video file dowloaded from internet for testing purposes, the audio doesn't match the video length, here's a link of this video if you can try http://www.mediafire.com/file/gl0424u5l5b825c/20140117_142047_H265_HEVC_SQ.mp4, let me know if you are having the same problem and hopefully Vegas team can fix it.
