I was checking out their forum to see if people are generally happy with it.
One post mentions the product NOT getting along with Vegas 5.

Still it does have some interesting ideas and one I can't believe isn't in every NLE, being able to drive FXs from the audio. Now I doubt I'd ever use it but I can imagine many would find that very attractive.
Now if I had a control surface I could gaffer tape a slider to the pointer on a VU meter, that should do it, there's more than one way to skin a cat.
