Hi, I'm having trouble opening up Movie Studio Platinum 14.0

This is my 1st post, I post it because of this:

I recently bought Movie Studio Platinum 14.0 like last year, and I didn't see anything wrong or problems for the past around 10-11 months. I play around with this quite a lot since video editing is one of my hobbies, and I like it so far. However, I experienced some crashes, like when I undo, it freezes, then crashes. I don't know what happen, but it seems to happen frequently whether I change or move something on the clip accidentally, then undo it quickly. It'll likely cause to crash.

Thanks to the auto saves, but this undoing crashing problem is kind of annoying. The good news is it doesn't even happen often, but I think it's kind of random. 

But now, this terrible problem comes in this Sunday. Whether I tried opening up, it won't simply loads. It keeps disappearing every time it I open it up. It doesn't display "Creating Windows" on my loading screen, which it indicates it works. But instead, it stops at "Initializing Script," and then disappear WITHOUT displaying error message and report.

I tried looking up online of how to fix this, and that is reinstalling it. So I tried, but nothing works. I tried doing CTRL+SHIRT and then click on that program to reset all Movie Studio Platinum preferences to default values. I checked "Delete all cached application data" and clicked yes. When I did that, it doesn't work. It keeps closing on "Initializing Script" in the middle of loading.
I tried deleting every parts and files of this program, and then reinstall it to replace with fresh and new files, but it didn't work.

I still have a lot of space left on my hard disk drive, around 664 GB left. I tried updating all the drivers, but nothing works. Tried defragmenting and error-checking, but didn't work out. I tried scanning for virus, but nope, nothing works.

I did tried cleaning out registry using CCleaner, I tried cleaning out junks, along with disk cleanup; but still, nothing worked.

I tried doing compatiblity mode, and I run this program in compatiblity mode for Window 7, but this is what I got:

TL;DR

I'm pretty sure I tried everything to fix this, but I'm not sure there's more available methods that I haven't tried. I like this video editing software a lot, but it causing problem kind of often. So basically, it won't simply loads, it keeps stopping at "Initializing Script" and then it just closes or disappear by itself without showing me error message. It can't get to get like "Creating Windows."

PC specs (I'm not sure I did it correctly, but here it is):

Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2100 CPU @ 3.10Ghz 3.10GHz

6.00 GB

64-bit Operating System

I'm still currently working on it, but it will be helpful if you can help me out about this problem while I fix this. Thank you!

I don't know the answer but I'd try moving all the contents of  C:\Users\Gabe\AppData\Local\Movie Studio Platinum\14.0\ to somewhere else so it gets recreated as perhaps the App Data isn't being cleared on a reset.

Not only move that file but simply delete it.
It will always rebuild.

If it does not help, restart the program with hold Ctrl-Shift and select also the delete question you will being asked, this is the same file as the one above

Gaben mentioned he has tried that. Could it be a permissions problem created by a dreaded Windows update?

I tried running in compatibility mode, I don't know, as a non-admin user. But I got a different error message saying that instruction at referenced memory could not be read. I'm not an expert around here, so at least give me a lot of details of how to fix this so it'll be easy for me.

I got more here, so I have the working one which opens without any problem on my own laptop, and other is a computer which this software won't open on here. I recently got fresh gaming laptop 2 months ago and it opens just fine with Movie Studio Platinum 14.0 I just installed with my box I bought.

But not for the computer. I think on the computer, when I click on it, it shows loading screen. And then when it reaches to "Initializing script," it just disappear without showing any error report problem (Like you write your response of what cause it to crash, then you send it to the people, or experts actually, who worked with this program).

But for my fresh laptop, it opens just fine. I click on that program and it opens without any problem or interruption, I can tell it opens when I see "Creating Windows," "Initializing UI," "Initializing external monitoring," etc.. But for the other one, which is a computer, it won't get past through to get these messages like these, and doesn't display "Creating Windows." I tried resetting all preferences to default values and delete all cached application data, and the next time I open it again. It just disappear in the middle of the loading bar thingy, like it's 50% full; again, without showing error report response.

I think I elaborate it too much, but yeah that's what I found so far through fixing and analyzing what is causing the problem using my computer and my new laptop. You have any ideas of how to fix this?\

ADDITION NOTE REGARDING TO THE COMPUTER: It was working fine, but just a few days later, it won't simply open anymore.
