Hi! Where is the Studio Box Mk II: Complete collection?

Hi, new here! Got Vegas Suite 23, but the Studio Box Mk II: Complete collection that comes with it was not in the order email (the one with all the serial numbers etc). How on earth do I get it? Thanks!
