When using the Video Event FX pan/crop tool, the preview seems to hicccup. It shows early pieces of video already passed. For example, there is a title used a few seconds before this segment and the words in the title will ghost by flashing into the preview. There is some other weird jitters going on with phantom color changing and jumping. Very odd.

I am running Windows 10 Creators edition 1703, OS Build 15063.483, on a Lenovo Yoga 720-15IKB Signature Edition with 16Gb ram and a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 video card with 2GB. It has a i7-7700HQ 2.8Ghz processor. All my driver software from Lenovo is up to date as well as all updates from Microsoft as of 7/11/2017.

Update: playing with the preview settings in Project Properties, Video tab, I tried all 3 settings in the pixel format and found if I set it to 8-bit, this helped a LOT! It still is slightly jittery but not enough to stop m in my tracks (a small pun, I know). And onward we go!
