Hidden Envelopes

Lately I've been running into this problem where I have two envelopes displayed on a track and both are at the midline, so one completely obscures the other. Now, I want to add keyframes to the hidden envelope, but I can't grab it because the other is in the way.

For example, I have a fade to color track envelope and a velocity event envelope. The fade to color envelope, shown as a red line, is sitting at the midline(no fade). The velocity envelope, in green, is also at the midline(normal speed). The red line has overwritten the green line. How do I make changes to the velocity envelope? Right now I've been dragging the fade out of the way(which could have consequences if I don't get it back in the right spot) or dragging the event to an empty track, adjusting the velocity, then dragging it back. In this case I don't even need the fade envelope, it just happens to still be there because I used it earlier in the track.

I've got to be missing something here... this is such an obvious problem.

This can be a problem sometimes.

Try increasing the track height to where it's fairly big. Then you have to move one of the lines a just smidge to expose the other one.

I belive that you can right click on the event (with the evelope tool) & hide a specific envelope. Try that.

I can't find a way to hide an envelope, either at the event or track level. If I remove it, it is gone, not just hidden, and if I bring it back, the previous points are gone.

Under the "View" menu, select "Video Envelopes", then un-check the one you want to hide.
When you re-check it later, all your points will be intact.
